You didn’t talk too fast but perhaps too long on each answer. Remember most Americans don’t think as deeply or broadly as you do. Keep your messages short and simple for the “average consumer” of political messages. You have an important voice. America needs what you bring.

Love you Marianne, but I have a question for you. What would you do about big money in politics? How would you handle Citizens United?

One of the first things I would do is submit to Congress legislation to establish public funding for federal campaigns. Other than a constitutional convention, it is the only way to override the power of Citizens United.

Well they could give you more time, or stop wasting those precious minutes showing another candidate speaking. I couldn’t believe that! You knocked it out of the park

I thought exactly the same thing! Pete is cool, but What is UP with running video of another candidate during an embarrassingly short interview with anyone? That was bizarre. And, I thought, a bit unfair.

You left me with a new awareness by sharing how a political campaign is where we come together to discuss common issues and that we do that in our own families too. I was left inspired to have deeper discussions at home just like you are doing for our country. Feeling blessed.

Hardly! There’s much to say when one is as committed as you. I thought it was perfect.
