You haven't said anything that's not in alignment with it, I fully agree that moving forward we will need more compassion and empathy in our politics, but I'm doubtful that we will be able to make a radical enough change in our mindset before these technologies overwhelm us.

We're already seeing how AI and algorithms are manipulating us to a degree once unimaginable, and I haven't seen any indication that they will be adjusted to promote empathy unless the Tech Powers that be can make a profit off that.
