But that is the solution you are looking for. And to handle the poverty you want to solve you would need a sub-Saharan focus. Not an area that is easy for the US to influence. It is a focus of Ivanka (who has an article on CNN today). Have you talked to her?

Abject poverty, where it exists, is largely a function of inept government and war. Not easy to fix. One problem is the ablest in impoverished areas leaving. For example, there are more Liberian physicians in the US than in Liberia.
