We should legalize marijuana & release nonviolent offenders who’ve been incarcerated because of it. The most dangerous drug dealers in America are legal pharmaceutical companies that knowingly overmanufacturer, falsely advertise & promote overprescription of addictive substances.

I think we’ve yet to see the serious ramifications of the legalization of marijuana, especially with our youth. I know as a recovering alcoholic, sober for almost 40 years, the pot that’s being sold today is so much more dangerous. I agree however with your post.

To lock people up in prison when there is NO VICTIM is a NAZI LIKE THING to do to people and so that is the prime reason the WAR ON DRUGS needs to END! Have strict and clear "corruption of minor" laws … and go from there.
