@TeamYouTube could you please look into this..this person asked to have an account reported for “bullying”. @TeamYouTube did remove the channel, but for copyright claims which @trustednerd admits to filing. @trustednerd misused the YT system and lied to have the channel removed.

So, why did you report him for copyright claims instead of bullying?

Because DMCA requests are the YT low hanging fruit especially when using people's photos and videos without permission that may fall outside fair use.

So, you lied because DMCA claims were “easier”. Gotcha.

I don't specifically know what the copyright claims are that were made, but one thing I had observed is how he was using Jessica's photos and videos (one's he didn't take) without permission. I'd recommend his other victims using the same tactic now as well.

I DONT recommend breaking the law as you suggest. A good way to end up in court and you clearly don't understand the DMCA. It's a legal notice which states that you will sue the uploader, and if you don't, the videos go back up.

I'm not sure about what law you suggest people break. Jessica has every right to file DMCA requests (no followup lawsuit is needed), but the DMCA requests have to be legitimate and you can't engage in perjury in producing a take down notice.

Section 512 (f) lists the info you seek. Perjury is the felony act of lying using the DMCA. Therefore, if the channel, which appears to be a news network and has a fair use exception has been illegally struck, there could be consequences in the court of law for that.

An example where there was likely no fair use. Last night NNCIM put up JYs makeup video in its entirety and didn't offer up an analysis of the video (except to wonder how they pay for it in the comments). NNCIM trying to monetize a YT channel&using JYs IP w/o permission to do it.

NNCIM has on a few occasions created 1-2 hour videos that are rebroadcasts of Broadcastify police channels which is also in violation of their terms of service (section 10) which only allows "private, personal, non-commercial viewing purposes"
