You're reaching here which is both sad and scary as you're basically excusing the actions of the guy who initiated and escalated a situation he should easily have known to avoid.

He should have got arrested. Not beaten. That's the point. Police shouldn't be above the law but your ok with police brutality as long as they don't shoot an unarmed black men. Ok got it

Nope! From the sounds of it you're going to hear, or read, what you want regardless of what anyone says, so all of this is mute. Could the cop have responded differently? Yes! Could the guy not have initiated this, yes? Could the guy not have initiated this? Yes!

You ask twice could the guy have not initiated this, but only ask once if the cop could have responded differently. It seems as if you're putting more responsibility on the guy, and less responsibility on the cop.

Yes, as citizens it's our jobs to be responsible for our actions. It's our jobs to NOT insert ourselves into situations that require policing. THIS! IS! OUR! PROBLEM! and it's one we need to solve. Shifting blame to the cop for not handling this guy with care is wreckless.

As citizens, it's our duty to rise up against injustice, even injustice at the hands of the government. Our government exists to protect the rights of the people. You seem to think the people are here to protect the rights of government.

If I took a drastic assumption I could assume the guy was trying to remove evidence maybe used to murder someone. Are you OK with that assessment? Only the cops know what led to the creation of those circumstances. We're all back seat drivers at this point.

Your whole assumption was drastic. It assumed blame 100% on one party without even a hint of possible fault on the other party.

You're reaching and I aint having it. You choosing to ignore the obvious is of no importance. You have your view and I have mine.

All we know is what we see on the video. We don't know what lead up to the actions on that video. My issue with you is you justifying what takes place on the video with your assumptions.

:31 cop draws taser and not his revolver to subdue perp. :32 mom intervenes impeding cop :36 cop pushes mom before firing taser at perp who was NOT phased by taser and proceeded to engage in fist fight with officer. Hard to watch!
