    This is not a "witch hunt". This is not hysteria. As I've said many times here - successful people (mostly men) are protected even when their behavior is repulsive and traumatizing. As long as they are "auteurs" and making companies money - their companies will wait for them

    I met with a writer who'd been his assistant on a show. She spoke about an atmosphere that was so toxic her only option was to quit, even though she needed the job. The response from management, who were clearly aware of the problems? Make the next assistant sign an NDA.
