What utter horsesh**.

Right? Because a teacher has nothing else to do than get training to be an undercover police officer. More guns means more deaths and who wants their kids to go to school knowing there are guns there?
-
You opposed to teachers learning CPR and knowing how to react to fires and tornadoes too? Do these things interfere with teaching responsibilities?

Thus is complete bs. Maybe interview a teacher or two about their thoughts.
-
Jennifer feels brave saying this, counting on the fact many teachers are collectivist brainwashers, and misses the fact that not all are. In fact they have interviewed the teachers.
-
Or maybe I said what I said after twenty plus years in education. Maybe, that experience contributes to questions about how much safety armed teachers would actually provide.
-
When the current protocol calls for kids to hide (in fear) until the guys with guns show up, wouldn’t it make sense to have the guns in highly trained hands closer by?

Absolutely! I live in Florida and have followed this very closely. Scott Israel is the Sheriff of Broward that completely dropped the ball when it came to this whole situation. The teacher should have a way to defend their students. It's obvious they can't rely on Broward Co!
-
Teachers don't want to be armed. Children don't want teachers to be armed. Children should be able to attend schools without a need for armed anyone.
-
Some teachers want to be armed. Some students would like teachers to be armed. If you can’t trust a teacher with a gun why trust them with your student?
-
Absolutely! This is pretty much a no brainer, well for some of us anyway. What these anti-gun groups can't get through their heads it's not the average American pulling these crimes. The criminal element has never nor will ever care about any laws. Disarming civilians is absurd!

Make sure you ask about NRA's ties to Russia and Butina. You know, since she will be there anyway. I will make sure to watch this evening

Guarantee she won’t ask...

The ONLY question, and by that I mean the only one ... How many students would be shot by teachers engaged in a firefight with an active shooter?
#NRAIsATerroristOrganizationpic.twitter.com/5Rzjp4fuAu
-
How many potential shooters will decide not to go to a school where the teachers and guards are armed?
-
All of them - Parkland had an armed guard - the shooter pulled the fire alarm, causing the hallways to be filled with students...the DUMBEST idea in history is to arm teachers. There's a teacher shortage now - it will get measurably worse. The traitorous NRA is wrong son
-
My husband would quit, even 5 years from retirement.
-
So would my wife
-
Good. Sounds like a great way to the progressives out of our school system and replace them with real teachers.
-
it also means conservative teachers are likelier to get shot so it’s a win/win :)
