Those are not buzz words, those are words that hold very relevant meaning. Also, I'm not an American, don't care about your elections too much. This discussion goes beyond one politician, and is fairly international. I only blame alt right for what it actually does.

Considering it has no hidden meaning and it essentially calling out, to their face, their zombie-like hive behavior, it cant be described as a dog-whistle. It is an insult, for sure, but a warranted one. Good luck with those talking points.
