If we can't differentiate the police needlessly killing a completely restrained man on the ground versus the police shooting a woman with a knife about to stab someone, its going to be a very long and difficult road for anyone to agree on anything

Probably you think the planet constitutes of just America. Most nations don't have this problem with its police force. Population of Europe is double of America and police brutality isn't as bad as here
