Wanna try dry fasting for 2 days. Anyone ever tried it and any tips? Have heard astonishing benefits from doing it. (Basically no food or water for 2 days)
I have a lot of experience with this kind of fasting for more than 2 decades because of my Islamic background. And water fasting can help lose weight, but unfortunatel you'll be losing the wrong kind of weight that comes from water, carbs, and even muscle mass.

I dont care about muscle gain or loss or weight loss. Can be easily rebuilt. I am in for cleaning my body, killing dead cells and increasing my willpower.
