I think pio accounts for those folds through the ranges we gave it. Yes it's limited since it's always HU which is not ideal, but someone folding at pre flop doesn't affect the HU sim on the flop.
Yeah, but the term "Game Theory Optimal" is a term that assumes that the game is solved. And Poker... IS NOT solved. What Berkey is saying is that we can take a Game Theory approach but that's it. Even solvers can get us to near GTO in some spots but GTO in poker doesn't exist.
It exists but we don't know what it is.
