I made a one off comment to Cate unfairly zooming in on her when it was an aggravation at fake online altruism at large. Wasn’t meant to be an attack but a frustration at tweets like this that I believe are so often empty and have the wrong motives.
Motives don't matter as long as they might help someone in need. There is no way we can know if she's gonna do it or not, and this why I think encouraging people to go through with their Altruism (fake or real) is a better option than to shame them.
