Question.... Should GOP Members of the House & Senate that knowingly enabled, covered up, ignored, or benefited from the Trump Administration's unconstitutional acts be prosecuted and if found guilty of Treason and/or Sedition be jailed?
If they committed acts that are outside a claim of immunity - yes they should be prosecuted. Treason would be a possible charge. I'd have to check but I don't believe sedition is a crime anymore.

There are other crimes - Bribery specifically is mentioned in The Constitution - that also would be in play.
