Kavanaugh is a credibly accused rapist. Both Kavanaugh and Barrett (as well as Roberts) helped rig the 2000 election for Bush. Also who paid off Kavanaugh's debt and what was expected in return?
Kavanaugh: he was confirmed despite the accusations - if there was wrongdoing in paying off his debts, however, that would possibly be crim. They both worked on Bush v Gore but for law firms that litigated - they weren't on the bench.

Confirmation despite wrongdoings does not excuse criminality. Especially when said confirmation was highly partisan.

I'm not saying the wrongdoing is excused. To remove someone from the Court requires cause as described in The Constitution. Otherwise - a lot of years ago - majorities in the two houses of Congress would've tossed progressive Justices.
