Justice Clarence Thomas is also one that has a dubious track record and has possible violations of some financial reporting concerning his wife. He should be impeached asap in my opinion.
1) That violation is classified an "infraction" & infractions are not w/in definition of high crimes & misdemeanors 2) I don't like his opinions or his philosophy - that doesn't = grounds for impeachment.

Thanks. I'd need to look at the section of the CFR (I'm pretty sure that's where it is) that requires disclosure. If that requires signature under penalties for perjury, that would qualify as an impeachable offense. I had read the matter before as only an omission.
