It also needs to be based on impeachable offenses or has to expand the notion of "good Behaviour" to include acts other than criminal. We have to be tough, but we can't abandon the rule of law.

Kavanaugh is a credibly accused rapist. Both Kavanaugh and Barrett (as well as Roberts) helped rig the 2000 election for Bush. Also who paid off Kavanaugh's debt and what was expected in return?

Justice Clarence Thomas is also one that has a dubious track record and has possible violations of some financial reporting concerning his wife. He should be impeached asap in my opinion.

What they do is wrong. We have to achieve our goals using legal means available. One way is to pack the Court - they've been working toward that since 1969 & usually they pick younger nominees.

And if the statute of limitations hasn't run and an offense can be prosecuted then either a State prosecutor or a U.S. attorney can and should do that.

I would say it's easier to add and should do that. Would think Kennedy's retirement and pay off of kavanaugh debt pay off should be investigated. Term limits should be looked at as well

If there were term limits Brown v Board of Ed'n I never would have happened in 1954. Only life-time appointees could do what the Court did in that case. There still was - and is obviously - a long way to go for equal protection of the law, but life-time tenure has advantages

Nah. Just get the votes. Trying to play by the rules will not save you. Van Helsing did not stop killing vampires ``because that would be murder/illegal''. Fight evil with all means available. If you want to feel guilty about playing their game, save it till they're gone.
