Rich black people are way different than us hitting the pavement. That is why they endorse Trump. He will not tax them properly.

1) This country built a great infrastructure in the 1940s & 1950s 2) Many wealthy ppl viewed graduated income tax as a proper way to fund the infrastructure 3) I'd restore income tax rates from Eisenhower's years in WH (I believe that was a lot > than 2%).
