My younger brother suffers from Bipolar 1 Disorder. It's a challenge everyday for him & those who want to help him.
Pisses me off that his doctor's change his meds so freely not knowing (caring?) that for them it's a pill..for us..every change is potentially disastrous 
It's worse - despite the challenges your brother & his loved ones face, large % of drs prescribe > for kickbacks than any other factor. (Cynical but true of the drs I know.)
