CNN: Chris Wallace placed the bulk of the blame on Trump for sending the debate into utter chaos. Wallace told his Fox News colleague Bill Hemmer that Trump "bears the primary responsibility for what happened." Ya think?
Certainly trump bears primary responsibility - but Mr Wallace was not effective as a moderator. A burglar bears primary responsibility, but the company that sold a defective alarm shares responsibility.
