Tonight former V.P. Joe Biden and the current occupant of the Oval Office (trump) will have the first of their Presidential debates. I’ve never cared for the format of these events because they really are not debates. 1/10

I agree w/end result, but I'm not sure impeachment is proper vehicle. Impeachment would be for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" Art I sec 4 or for failure to hold office "during good Behaviour" Art III sec 1 ... 1/2

As to former: individual judge would have to have committed the offense; by-product, not sure? As for "good Behaviour" - I'll have to check that out. 2/2

We need to use every single legal avenue cuz they would do the same plus and it is actually the right thing to do -remove bad judges.

We do not have the rule of law where Justice is equal there is nothing in America worth saving. the English figured that out and they're King when they had to hold off the French maybe we can figure it out too.

We need to restore the rule of law, not abandon it in the name of fighting those have sought to destroy it. The English only figured out that maintaining control over the colonies was not cost-efficient.
