thanks, Mark. On a lighter note, I missed a baked potato! I am on a diet and avoid starches. I might break the rules.

I've been avoiding starches, like pasta and potatoes and sweet potatoes. I was jonesing for pasta a week ago & tried pasta made from chickpeas and other veggies. Much lighter, tasted fine & didn't pack on weight.
