I've been a server, a bartender, a dj, a dishwasher, a short order cook and a cafe manager. I've helped start up multiple coffee-shops/small restaurants over the years. The only position (besides chef)I haven't had in the industry is owner.
I admire you for stamina. I only lasted 2 months in a yuppie bar/restaurant.

lol, well, I never said how long I lasted at any of them... some of them were only a few months. I like to learn new things, not repeat old ones forever lol

At age 19 I looked 16 & Indiana is/was a 21 yo State for alcohol. I was in a bar the night ownership changed, offered to bus tables for draft beer & then was served for 2 yrs w/o being carded.
