I'd say there's a 93% chance the sun will rise as normal tomorrow. I'd say 100%, but this is 2020 after all.
I'd say it stays in the same place & the "rise" only is our perception, but then we're all moving through the Universe & spinning at thousands of miles per hour, so - yeah, it'll rise tomorrow. Probably.
