HEALTH UPDATE #2
I should mention I have diabetes and heart disease. Had my 20th surgery a year ago. I'm partially disabled having lost 2 toes, 2 knee surgeries etc. I tweet about my walking in the AM because it's already difficult for me to walk. Walking in water is next
Jan '94 I was paalyzed fr waist down, mis-diagnosed w/MS. 9 days later I was getting around on crutches. 1999 I walked my 1st half-marathon. You stick w/it!
