I just saw this Tweet. 1) Yes. 2) Yes - largest parts of which would be expenditures on schools, highways & housing for indigenous peoples & African-Americans 3) The Wall: great album, stupid as a "fix" for immigration (see: inscription at base of Statue of Liberty)

That was not an effort at condescension but an effort at irony & a touch of humor. But you asked that I limit my answers to yes or no. So - beyond yes/no, the 2005 McCain-Kennedy bill was comprehensive & has excellent components.
