A registered voter may request a D or R primary ballot & overcomes challenge as a “real” R or D if s/he says s/he voted 4 majority of the party’s nominees in last election or promises to vote 4 majority of nominees in November. I.C. §§ 3-1-10-6 and -9. 8/11
