If you were putin right now... would you wait until a new election and an actual good POTUS took over and start the whole struggle for world dominance begin again... or would you wait until your enemy was decimated by your puppet (and disease) and attack?

I look at where he came from (kgb training center), what he has done and can only see an end goal of actual, world dominance in his lifetime... and he's getting old.
