Why is it ok for campaign funds, which are as much public funds as tax money is, allowed to go to unqualified candidates? Why is there no basic literacy and skills test to get money like there is when I try to get money for a job?
1) I'm not accepting any funds 2) Careful about tests for candidates - they used to do that to keep non-whites from voting.

I would argue that if the education system isn’t designed to make every child required to submit to it fit to fill out basic job skills tests, it’s that institution which needs to be revamped. One-size-fits all is how people like me fall through the ginormous gaping cracks.
