The 2nd Amendment is not about hunting. Self defense is a natural right. The government has no authority to tell me how to defend myself. We have background checks now. It's a magazine, not a clip, and arbitrary limits on ammo per magazine are nothing but feel-good legislation.
2nd Amendment was about militias. Guns do not arise out of nature. There have been limits on weapons going back to ancient Greece - and even Tombstone AZ & Dodge City KS. Limits on clips - i'll use terms I choose - mean something to ppl being mowed down.

1.) We arent ancient Greece so who GAF? 2.) Can you point me in the direction of the Founders restricting access to certain types of weaponry? They wrote 2A to be ambiguous for a reason. Civilians weren't limited to bow because "nobody needs a musket for hunting."
