If criminals couldn’t hope for lawyers to get them out of their crimes repeatedly maybe we wouldnt have as many criminals. The entire trump admin expects to totally get away with ever crime. That should be stopped by force.
Everyone has a right to due process of law. The percentages of people convicted after being charged or indicted are high. However, rich people avoid conviction far too often because they can afford > justice and this is wrong. (Justice Black had an excellent quote on that.)
