The word “bigot” has been bandied about a lot since “All in the Family”’s CBS premiere in CBS in 1970, & America had its 1st taste of political & social satire on sitcom. Jonathon Winters chimed in w/ character whose name was “Bigot” - pronounced “Bee-SHOW.” 1/34
One of my opponents in May 5 GOP primary 4 Indiana’s 5th Congressional District is Rev Micah Beckwith, a pastor at several churches in Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Kokomo, and Anderson, according to his campaign website. 2/34

Before anyone accuses me of unfairly calling Rev Beckwith a bigot, he says he has been called a bigot before. In a February 7 webcast from his car, he discusses “Are We the Most Divided We’ve Ever Been?” & points out he’s been called a bigot, & he seems okay w/it 3/34
