It really does seem that "impeachable" is determined not by the Senate but by the House, and the Senate is to determine guilt or innocence in the trail, eh Judge Roberts?

Thought I's curtsyin' ta say "Judge." "The honorable," we write on letters to Rep's. I suppose he is the only one who could tell the senate they were to try not whether the offenses are impeachable, but whether he is guilty.
