When the senate is controlled by Democrats next January (and we will) and if the orange menace manages to rig the election - we can impeach him again. Correct?

I wonder the fallout should tRump announce late in October that he's learned of extremely serious breaches of security in our elections and that since the election could be compromised he finds it necessary to suspend the constitution until it's straightened out.
1) Base will cheer/say they support "freedom & democracy" 2) Dersh will argue dictatorship is "true" democracy & only if traitors R placed in re-education camps can everyone B "free" 3) dt-style Reichstag Fire will occur & 4) Faux will air new reaility show "Ki** the Immigrants"
