When the senate is controlled by Democrats next January (and we will) and if the orange menace manages to rig the election - we can impeach him again. Correct?

If tRump loses the General Election, re-impeaching him, won't be of much value, unless he shows signs, of not being willing to relinquish the office. It would still require a 2/3s majority of the Senate, to convict him out of office. Would the Senate GOP respect the vote?

I wonder the fallout should tRump announce late in October that he's learned of extremely serious breaches of security in our elections and that since the election could be compromised he finds it necessary to suspend the constitution until it's straightened out.
