Exactly ... So, how does he win by declaring fake votes? If true, the vote goes to house.
It looks like 26 State delegations have majority GOP, 23 Democratic Party and one State is an independent (w/o looking I'll guess Vermont).

This conversation started because many think he can call marshall law and shut it all down. 1st, as you know, elections are held by the states under state code. 2d, just the thought of the house being the final arbiter of his fate probably leaves stains in his shorts. Just saying

The only problem is that, with the House as presently constituted, GOP would have majority of delegations. Since the House members, however, are sworn in at beginning of Jan. Pres inaugurated Jan 20. So the Congress as determined by 2020 elections is who would vote.
