Sleepy and absent senators attracted the wrath of MSNBC’s Chris Hayes on Wednesday night as the “All In” host chastised them for not focusing 100% on the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. THAT SHOULD BE JUSTICE ROBERTS JOB...DAMMIT!
In the 1805 impeachment trial of Justice Samuel Chase, VP Aaron Burr was very strict w/Senators. Burr also had 2 warrants outstanding for his own arrest for murder of Alexander Hamilton. (Papers sd usually it is the murderer who's brought before the judge.)
