@marksmall1973 What arguments do you have against Federalist 68? We like Democracy, so the election should be direct? Still, direct election may be better, if we are going to allow the College to be corrupted, bound, chosen by party and made insignificant.

I don't argue against Fed 68. Problem is the electors - phrase "electoral college" isn't in Const - never have functioned as Hamilton sd they were intended. They don't exercise discretion. Election should be pop majority

If the election is illegitimate, Biden may NOW be the legitimately elected president (if Barack is term limited). Plus, Nancy Pelosi is president if Pence's appointment depends on election fraud. I think she'd be a fine exec, and if I were Putin, I'd GET OUT OF UKRAINE!!

If the 2016 election is deemed illegitimate then that negates everything dt has done - including Fed judicial apptmts.

Hence, #16-1464 was THE best way to undo the harm done by Russia in American politics. If Putin is prepping us for his war.... we are soooo stupid!
