State laws binding electors are unconstitutional, interfering in the very function of the electoral college. What if the elcted were foung to be an ax murderer between November 6th and January? Or, say one who would wshoot in Manhattan or court Russian election fraud?

To bind or intimidate electors is unconstitutional. The states elect trusted persons to elect the president, then cannot switch after the election, eh?
It could face a credible challenge under an individual State's Constitution.

I tried to get our Gov. and Atty General to challenge the election- MI was only 10,000, and the suppression of the black vote in Det. and Pitts is apparently demonstrated. But they seemed to hear as though I spoke from Mars.
