Candidates - usu “front-runners” if not in others’ at least in their own - R safer 2 keep promises vague and 2 use bland phrases that harken 2 “mom, apple pie and the girl next door” & simpler times (that never existed). 2/26

Mr Bales doesnt ID what societal forces make up “the Left” & Socialism as such a threat it keeps him “awake at night. I cherish the freedoms our Constitution guarantees us as United States citizens, and I will fight to protect those freedoms!” 4/26

Yesterday, I explained the concept of socialism is complex, difficult 2 define, & usually explained in context of comparison to capitalism. For 99% of Americans outside the uber elite, capitalism sucks. 5/26

Given basic economic forces, socialism should not be feared. It makes sense. Basic dynamics of economics boil down to “stuff.” People need it, there only are so many ways to make it, and the more people that control it, the better. 8/26

Also, a country’s economic system does not have to be one hundred percent (100%) purely socialist. Parts can function on principles of socialism. Socialism has been part of the USA’s system for a long time. 9/26

One need only look at history to know that unfettered capitalism is dangerous. One need only look at history to know that pure socialism is dangerous. The countries doing best at the moment have managed to balance the 2.

I used to as well, but now suffer from Middle age women syndrome : a low tolerance for BS and no longer GAGF about censoring ones self in order to placate others.
