7.ONLY dems should be allowed to vote in primaries! Too many bad players who pose as “independents” can CHOOSE a flawed candidate ..deliberately 8.Late voting primary states actually GET NO SAY. All should be at the same time! I’m in NY and I totally hate our current system.

yes and the gop once were "conservative" in the old sense. But why should anyone but a voter who CARES ENOUGH to register dem get to tell us whom we should run. insane.
Indiana's primaries are open: if someone care enough to register & go to the polls that's big. Political parties as closely-held corporations = NO public input, much less control.
