I'd like to get my hands on the dogbreaths who came up with these three bullshit-worthy ideas: 1)"A sitting President can't be indicted." 2) A President can declare war without Congress. 3) The Electoral College.

On 2: no Pres can't On 3: "electors," not "college" - they were supposed to act as check on an idiot like dt. On 1: impeachment is the means, otherwise think of how they would have tried to indict Pres Obama for wearing a beige suit - nice suit, but beige.

Without number 1 Muellerb would have criminally charged him for obstruction and he'd be WEARING orange instead of spraying it on!

Immunity: don't know what Mueller would have done, but Framers thought they had all this covered by the wise souls exercising discretion in their roles as electors. Yeah: it sucks.

Founders really left gaping holes in the Constitution when it came to potentially bad actors. For example: They never considered for a moment that EVERY Senator from a given party would support a criminal President!

Some of the gaps were because they wanted to just get it out & couldn't compromise any more. After all, they really wanted to get to the land speculation.
