If somehow we do declare war, does that mean we can charge trump and all his butt buddies w treason? Like for real? Asking for the entire world.

I understand. I disagree w/him. I'm a lawyer licensed to practice before SCOTUS. The case & statute I cited are authorities. I'll post, later, several SCOTUS cases in which treason was charged for actions outside war time.
