If somehow we do declare war, does that mean we can charge trump and all his butt buddies w treason? Like for real? Asking for the entire world.
We need not be at war for someone to commit treason. There have been ppl charged w/treason for incidents not committed during war.

I thought that was purposely put into the constitution so a charge so serious couldn’t just be thrown around. ?
