Actually Cain tilled the land (acc'd'g to OT). He killed Abel, who was a hunter. Then Cain fled east of Eden, gave an idea for the title of a novel to John Steinbeck & James Dean eventually got his first movie role.

Have you heard the Goldstien tale, on PBS, where Grmpa Adam has no belly button? But the Lord placed Adam in the Garden "to till and keep it." The profeswsions, and the qustion of carnivorism, are amusing. Say, who is it that Cain fears will kill him, out there East of Eden?
