As we go forward, we can cut the defense budget in half. I was lucky to go to college when expenses were nowhere near what they are today for undergrad and grad schools. We need to restore sanity to the finance of education. 24/24

Agree completely with everything you are stating. I try to explain to people how fair taxes are necessary for a civil society. Education is so important and I too was fortunate to go to a public university for $6,000 total!

Also many of the "really wealthy" used to understand that everyone benefits from good, tuition-free education & didn't mind graduated income tax.
