The German government has increased their threat level in light of the US strike, killing Soleimani. Russia is teaming up with Iran. There must be something in the US Constitution that would support his removal from office upon initiating a war w/o Congress. WWIII bound.
1) Only if commission of the act constitutes a high crime (i.e., felony) or misdemeanor; 2) Or Pence invokes Amend XXV (& I don't see that happening). I agree w/your sentiments.
