Since Jesus was a Jew then he and his buddies probably followed the Jewish calendar which probably means we have no idea what day of the year he was born on in the present calendar. But it sure works commercially.

Good pts However, estimates of dates as described in the N.T. are fr records of the Romans. They know, roughly, when that census occurred. The "official" date was switched in the time of Constantine to compete with other religions - & that includes (today) commercial aspects.
