Used to happen to me. Sinus headaches like ice picks in my forehead. True story. Flonase changes it all. Now, I use it when it starts. VOILA! I too have a broken nose, curtesy of a madman.
I have 2 lie down I've irrigated my sinuses, taken Vitamin C & eaten a couple of oranges. This happens during change of seasons (weather, not calendar) from summer to autumn or winter to spring. Nose broken 2x in college. 1st time was the day Elvis died Gotta be a song there
