I need lawyer answer. Can trump unilaterally pull us out of NATO? Any way that Congress can stop this? I guess this would also be similar but not the same as pulling us out of South Korea?

Yes - oversight. As far as what can be done, ultimately impeachment. That has to go through the body - Senate - that advises & consents on treaties. The House can do things w/the budget, but then dt can ignore them. I'm a cynic at times, bot on this I'm a realist.

I wonder if it's ever been challenged in the Supreme Court, changing of foreign policy on the fly, by a POTUS, esp with something like UN or NATO, since executive branch has a lot of vested power in the direction of foreign policy.

Hoping for a better answer soon. Right now the only thing I can think of is the power of Congressional control of the Budget.
